No one likes to waiting for goods to arrive, especially when you've just bought a new toy or parts to get your pride and joy back up and running!  At Controlfreaks we not only understand the importance of speedy delivery but we also pull out all stops to make sure it happens.  It most cases we will dispatch goods either on the day of purchase or day following purchase and in most cases (New Zealand) you can expect your goods in 1-2 days from purchase.  NOTE: Orders made on Thursday or Friday may not arrive until Monday. 

Our courier of choice are the good guys at NZCouriers (www.nzcouriers.co.nz).  We ship at the following rates (shipping is calculated automatically prior to payment):

New Zealand
Parts - $4.00 (Flat rate for all parts orders)
Helicopters - $25.00

Delivery Target: 1-2 days (all orders are non-signature unless specified at time of purchase)

Australia
Parts - $6.00
Helicopters - Not Economical

Delivery Target: 4-5 days

International (all other countries)
Prior to payment of your order our team will be alerted and a shipping price emailed to you.  At this stage you may then choose whether to proceed with payment.

Tracking

For all New Zealand orders you can track your item using NZCouriers item tracking function located on their website www.nzcouriers.co.nz.  For a copy of your tracking number please email sales@controlfreaks.co.nz

Broken or Missing Orders - Package hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days (NZ) and 10 days (International) please email sales@controlfreaks.co.nz.  If we find that the package has been lost a replacement item will be dispatched immediately and we will make a missing goods claim with the courier provider.

Broken or Missing Orders - Goods damaged?

If your package has decided to self-destruct at some stage after leaving our warehouse please email sales@controlfreaks.co.nz and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.  We require any damaged goods to either be returned to us or digital photographs of the damage to be sent to sales@controlfreaks.co.nz.
