It's all about keeping your details safe!   Contained below is everything you need to know about how we manage your email address and contact information.  Most importantly though we will NEVER sell or rent your information or email address to third parties.

Email

We hate SPAM as much as you do, so unless you subscribed to our newsletter you won't be receiving information on new products and specials.  As a registered member of the Controlfreaks website you will however receive order information, invoices and receipts by email.  Whilst your email address is stored in our database we will never rent or sell you contact information to any third parties.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter you may at anytime ask to be removed from our list, either by emailing sales@controlfreaks.co.nz or clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in the newsletter.

Credit Card Security

Security of Credit Card transactions is taken seriously by the team at Controlfreaks.  We have partnered with a credit card provider Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) who manage Credit Card transactions on our behalf.  This means that your credit card details are soley processed and transmitted by DPS.  DPS ensure all transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings.  The team at Controlfreaks are not able to access your credit card data and this information is not store on the Controlfreaks website or file systems, however this information may be stored by DPS in an encypted format - view their Privacy Policy
