The Honeybee King 3 is a great choice of heli if you are looking to progress from a 4channel to a 6channel (3D capable) machine. Often progressing to a 6 channel helicopter worries flyers, but the Honeybee King 3 is an ideal candidate because of its size and weight, giving it good stability.

Although this is not the most suitable beginner heli (aimed at intermediate to advanced flyers), many beginners actually choose the Honeybee King. If you're upgrading from a Lama or Honeybee FP or you're a beginner looking for something that will offer an initial challenge that you can progress with in the future, then the Honeybee King is the heli for you!
As with all Esky RC helicopters, the King 3 is ready to fly (RTF). This means everything you need to get started is included in the package. Simply unpack the heli, charge the battery, carefully read the instructions and off you go. Although actually mastering the art of flying it can take some time!

The Honeybee King 3 is designed primarily for outdoor use. Unless you have a large indoor area (sports hall, warehouse etc). With a heli this size flying it in confined areas can be very dangerous!
